I found this ea that's is similar.

www.opentraders.ru/downloads/3087/

But it does not update the orders every 60 seconds.

Can you add 60 seconds move the open stop orders in this ea.

Yes, it repaint but it's still good indicator because it still show overbought and oversold area thus making it good area for entry. You can use it alone with another indicator for better signal.
